Interview
There is no interview. Only qualification test that you will need to pass. They offer micro projects, and also offer hourly roles. The work is done completely remote. There is no interview because this is a micro job position.

Interview
The interview process is very short and straight to the point. CV evaluation and review is done without active applicant participation and after approval - project specific guidelines and training are provided before the project specific assessment takes place to determine if the candidate is a match. A good score on the testing is confirmation of project allocation.
