The easiest way to explain the interview process is it is lengthy and circuitous. You will answer the same "pre-screening" knowledge tests, about basic internet/web/technology. Then there will be questions about the computer and phone you own, then questions about being qualified to work. You will have to set up an e-mail on Gmail for them. You will also need to create a log-in on their appen global portal. Pay close attention to your email and search your personal email for Appen daily. They might not look for your special email that you made at their request and they might send you an email to the effect of "you didn't create the special email or do what you were supposed to do on our Appen Global portal, so you have been removed as a cadidate." Follow up. Be persistent. After getting various training manuals, the same materials over and over again, you will eventually fill out an I-9 and other legal work and tax documents. You'll also fill out direct deposit paper work. Hurry up and wait. Then they will send you more training materials. Then you start the pre-qualification evaluations and practice sets. You must pass 3 separate training sets before you can access their training tool and take the actual qualification exam. The web tool you use will have more training while you take the qualification exam. There are no phone numbers to contact anybody at and most emails are answered in 12-24 hours. The training pre-qualification tests are maddening and they don't follow their own rules for rating. There will be a guideline for rating that they choose to disregard when it suits them, which results in an unpredictable scoring system, which works against the trainee. Then you have to actual qualification exam where you have access to the rating tool. The test can malfunction. It should take 8-10 hours. If something happens to your browser, the test will malfunction. If you go to the bathroom, or what have you, your test will time out, and you will

There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.
