A full-day slate of group interviews, followed by dinner at nearby steak house. The questions were standard fare, how would you solve this problem, that problem, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. The panels were made up of people from a particular area, say Desktop Support, or Database Administrators, or other System Administrators. Each group asked questions relevant to their work, to see how I would interact with them on a regular basis. Naturally, the questions from the System Administrator group were most relevant to the position, and none of the questions were odd or out of line.
