Pues son muchos pasos, donde pueden ser desde entrevistas técnicas de estructura de datos, hasta problemas complejos. También hacen varias “simulaciones” de que responderías en un día de trabajo, donde haya errores en código y tengas que checar, y ese tipo de preguntas. No dan feedback.

Ultimately, I received an offer, but I chose to decline due to the company culture not feeling like the right fit.
