There is no interview as long as you pass the assessment they hire you, they have a high turnover rate so they get you in and working. They give you about an hour of "training" and throw you to the wolves and expect you know the ins and outs of the department you are placed in....
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
