Received a call and email from recruiter with further instructions 2 days after applying. Within two days of initial contact, I completed a video interview. About a week later I received an email saying I wasn't moving to the next process, but they would keep my resume on file.
Alcuni degli intervistatori molto aggressivi, ai limiti della maleducazione. Altri molto gentili. Nel complesso una esperienza non soddisfacente, i candidati andrebbero comunque approcciati con rispetto, pur comprendendo la volontà di "mettere in diffiicoltà"

Interview
You undergo 4 - 5 interviews, depending on seniority of the role. They will ask you 2-3 scenario based questions with each interviewer relating to the leadership principles and operational requirements of the role where you are expected to provide answers backed up by data.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interview and last round is a bar raiser round where they judge if you are 50% more capable than the current members of the team. They judge you on ownership, having backbone and innovation. Everyday is Day 1 at Amazon.
