Not too difficult. I showed up and was put with a group of other candidates. They asked us a few questions, and we filled out a couple of forms. They said they would let us know if we got the job within a few days.

The interview process was very simple and straightforward. I applied online, completed the required information, and was contacted quickly. The interviewer reviewed my driving record, discussed the job duties and schedule, and answered my questions. I received an offer and accepted it.
hard, very hard and there are lots of questions, like how do you know when there is about to be a hurricane over a river. and questions like what year was the el rino tornado, which state was it in. but this knowledge is necessary for the job, so the interview is trivial.
fill out application online and wait for approval and then start delivering,sometimes they approval but you need to wait for a available spot.
