Was for part-time flex. I submitted resume did the online testing which simulates a call center taxes over an hour then a few days later received a call for an interview where they went over what the job entails and then said that it was not an interview they were calling to offer me a position because i did well on the testing.

no interview questions were given to me after testing but the testing was long there were three major test on personality, what would you do in this situation, and then an actual computer simulation of their call center with recorded calls and everything
Applied online, completed assessment test, then had a virtual interview focused on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Evaluated on customer service, problem-solving, and communication. Received job offer after successful performance and background check.

Standard. Stuff not too complicated. Pretty basic, just a few remote interviews and the. An in person one that didn’t take too long and was pretty easy that’s about it
