Interview
The interview process with Accenture was smooth and well-organized. It began with an initial screening where I spoke with a recruiter about my experience and career goals. This was followed by a technical interview that included coding challenges and problem-solving questions to assess my skills and knowledge. The final round was a behavioral interview, where I was asked about past projects and how I handle different work situations. The interviewers were professional and provided clear instructions, making the experience positive and engaging.

what challenges did you faced while pursuing final year project and how did you solve them
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
