I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Dec 2020
Interview
Year was 2011 and just sharing this experience more than a decade back. Hiring process includes computer based exam (logic, math, English) if I still remember correctly. After the computer based exam, there is an HR interview. Overall the hiring process is completed in just 1 day with the offer provided in the later in the evening.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
