I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview experience was good, the interviewer started by introducing himself and explained what Accenture is all about and then asked me to introduce myself , asked me about my final year project, a few HR questions and ended the interview by asking me if I had any questions for him.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
