First step of the interview process was an assessment center. We were in 8 candidates and the assessment lasts 4 hours. Initially the recruiter has tested our motivation and has given us a couple of role play. Afterwards we have discussed a case all together. I suppose this was to understand both our teamworking skills and leadership ability.
I have received a call back after 5 days and I was introduced to the first round of interviews with a manager. The interview was a classical one, about motivation, background questions and working experience. Then a business case, very straightforward and logical (nothing strategic like M&A or growth).
Last round was with a Partner. Here the same: fit and CV questions but this time the interview was related with "how much do you know about our company?".
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well
