Interview
1) Recruitment process is Not upto Mark as per Brand name ( kind of very unprofessional approach equivalent to sub standards companies).
2) Interview was schedule after 2 months of long delayed process finally one day received call for F2F interview for Vikhroli office which turned out to be telephone round ....I took whole day leave from work just to attend this F2F interview.
3)I have bunch of skills on latest and greatest technologies but without viewing my total experience and current role my profile was shortlisted for machine learning skills , i thought there will be set of people waiting for me to grill me on my experience but it was very ordinary interview where interviewer asked about my overall experience , i explained that how we focus on latest technologies ( Artificial intelligence application and all tools like Kafka , Spark Mlib, Deep learning , NLp.....) but interviewer was not interested to know anything as he had some fixed requirements in mind for which he was looking purely programming background but i bring more options on table can play senior consultant or business consultant role , i feel very confident on my skills , expecting varieties of questions but interviewer after knowing my overall experience decided not to go further and just asked questions to complete the formalities.
I know he had different expectation but he didn't show any interest to know my experience hence felt that this place dont need any innovative idea or people who are part of digital transformation.

Sehr gut, angenehm professionell. Wurde zeitnah mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Erst ein HR Telefonat 15 Minuten, dann ein technisches Interview per ms Teams. dann ein persönliches Interview vor Ort.

I experienced a lack of respect throughout the whole process.
The recruiter tried to place me in a much lower expertise and salary bracket because they hadn't read my CV thoroughly and wrongly assumed I was a junior. After convincing them that I was qualified for the job and salary they were offering, I moved on to the next interview with the team manager. The interview was jarring, with the manager giving a lot of red flag answers to my questions which signaled a complete lack of empathy. For example, they answered "You come here to work, not to socialize" when I asked about what the team looked like in terms of background and anagraphics.
At the end of the interview, the manager still said that I looked like a good candidate and that they would have 100% moved me to the following step. They then proceeded to ghost me for a few weeks. In the meantime I received another job offer and I got back to Accenture to ask if they had any updates. They told me that they were not interested anymore.
What a waste of time and energy.
