Phone call - then 4 in person interviews back to back to back to back. The first interview is with an analyst, then specialist, then manager, then senior manager. The analyst describes the role, do you best to understand as this will be important to be able to reiterate/demonstrate understanding of role in later interviews. the second interview is a skills interview. The third and fourth are more about if they think you understand what you learned about the role and fit. Be hungry and eager to learn/progress in your role in CFM.
