Interview
First step: HR Phone call in which is just standard screening questions which also gives schedule for interview

Second step: Assessment Exam (Logical, Statistical, English) Multiple choice
Third step: Language Assessment (Phone call, Grammar, Vocabulary)
Fourth step: Background Interview (still HR)
Fifth and Last step: Final assessment (Job offer)
If you fail any of the previous step they will tell you..
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
