I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Milan)
Interview
Contacted by phone after the degree by HR, and agreed for a group interview in Milan, after which there was a 1:1 interview. You are asked basic technical questions. If shortlisted you attend a 4 to 6 paid course in Milan which may be or not related with your future job. 20 people as an average attend in each class, which is day long. You are evaluated carefully during this period of time. At the end you have an interview with a Manager, mainly technical about the class you just attended and the things you learned. Basic conversation is performed to evaluate your soft skills. If they like you you are offered a job.
Other Associate Software Engineer interview reviews for Accenture
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
