I will describe about my campus recruitment.
The first phase is online test on logical aptitude, vocabulary, basic quant.
The second one is Interview (tech+hr) together.
The interview totally depends on you, how you drive it. I have friends who got selected just by telling about themselves, where I was asked about hashing, binary search, search algorithms, DBMS, Project.

Question 1
How will you implement data base which has 100000 entries and we have to search a single entry from that? What is hashing? Explain Binary search? What are different type of searches? Explain the project you have done.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
