AFS has 2 rounds--1 behavioral for 45 minutes and 1 technical with a presentation with a live consulting skills writing sample for an hour. They offer information sessions before to prepare.
On campus recruiting - faced paced presentation at end. Seem as if they brought a lot of people to final round to only take a few. Overall solid experience from start to end. Met great people during interview process.
