30minutes written test with 2 essay questions. Both test about your knowledge in EIA. 45minutes panel interview right after the written test. Asked about yourself, their company and some knowledge about EIA.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews, 1st with HR and then 2 with various members of the team. After progressing through all 3 rounds well and with good feedback, I was told the team had decided not to hire a graduate since they didn't have enough work available. Disappointing that it took 3 rounds of interviews and 6+ weeks for them to communicate that to me!
