I met with an employee and he/she showed me around the office. I then gave a 5 min presentation to a panel and then they questioned me. I was interviewed for about 30 minutes and then the process was over.

2 Stage interview, both with some technical questions but also understanding career ambitions. They also showed the office and talked through growth opportunities in future with the company and their support.
2 rounds of interview. usually technical questions and hypothetical scenarios. Back and forth emails about What are your salary expectations? Questions about standards and codes. Needed to provide cover letter

Interview
A technical interview with the Manager and Principal Engineer was conducted with an HR representative. It was a comfortable ambience.
They shared their expectation and asked some non-technical questions. They would like to see if I can fit into their system.
