Interview
Say down with two individuals and was asked a series of questions and they wanted to know in detail about what I would do in certain scenarios and if I was capable of easier, warmer sales leads sitting at an office all day after mastering Door 2 Door sales.
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy
