The interview process includes 3 rounds. The first round is communication test, the second is group discussion and the final round will be HR interview. It was totally depends upon the way we communicate. Communication us the main thing.

First round : typing test and some grammar test easy one. You need to score at least 9 to qualify out of 20 and 2 nd round is takes 1 hour 30 min where they check again typing test , jumbling sentence , complete and incomplete sentences , agree disagree questions and a mock chat. 3 rd round operations you should need a good communication skills and be confident. If you got selected on the day documentation they will do typing test again.they won't tell about this they will ask you suddenly , so be prepared. Make sure typing speed is 30 words per minute and 85% accuracy. All hrs will give you good guidance to understand how to complete the interview successfully. But salary is less as per industry standards ..
