Does Sodexo offer massages?
Pros
Good pension scheme and company benefits being, free meals for staff. Also provided more up to date equipment that were aesthetically pleasing.
Cons
Unorganised in every department. no poor communication with staff when following up reports. The Manager had too many responsibilities for an individual to carry out which made other area lax, having to tend to the cleaning, catering and security teams.
Advice to Management
Relieve some responsibility to prevent an overload on one person
