What is the hiring process like at Randstad?

- if working as an RC for a big tech you many fall into horrible teams. They all have horrible management system. They are all about their clients. They don’t stand true to their offer letters as well. They will force you to leave the firm. Their work hours will change like changing clothes also tgey are all big transitions. The team leads are horrible, people working under A talent related roles haven’t terrible communication skills. Terrible vocabulary and grammar. Feels like you are working with a 6th class child who is the monitor of the class. They don’t even communicate in English properly. They choose to use their native language which makes tge other employees uncomfortable. The senior Management is super insensitive towards their employees, they are least understanding and so harsh. All that matters to them is their Client. Even if their own employees are getting disturbed by the clients they won’t take stand or any immediate action. They will ask you to write down ten emails.

Reputable company with recognised name

I attended an interview with the company and followed up afterward, but received no response. Being ghosted after investing time and effort into the process reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience raises concerns about how the company treats individuals throughout its hiring process and potentially beyond. Clear communication is a basic expectation, especially after an interview has taken place. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with or applying to this company.

This has nothing to do against handstand but Mandatory overtime

Hiring process was long but simple.

Recruit said pay goes up every year but that was a lie.

Will give yearly hikes definitely

Salary date missed 8 out of 12 times. 5th is my salary date and it credits 11:30 to 11:59 pm on 5th which is technically almost 6th. nevermind it usually misses and you'll receive a mail on 6th that it will be credited in a few days. Hike which I mentioned in the pros is like 3 rs per month. Unless you don't mind about money, the interview process and BGV process are all good.

Good communication throughout the process, professional recruiter, and clear next steps. The interaction felt polite and organized.
