I have been working at Randstad full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great team that I work with, day to day.

    Cons

For a company that promotes flexible working, when it comes to it, the business line I work for and our MD are very inflexible. She is quite dated in her approach and offers no flexibility, even when promoting, so whats the point of having it as a ‘benefit’.

I worked at Randstad full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Wouldn't work there again as terrible culture or recommend it but for a first job after uni it gave me a thick skin, baptism of fire into business and made a bunch of great friends - Met some amazing people and friends for life - Given access to senior people and clients early in my career - Learnt a lot about business and what makes a programme/business /project fail or succeed - Great networking - Amazing rewards and perks if you do well - Fun social scene - young fast paced company

    Cons

    - CEO and Management don't care at all about individuals just the profit - Very high turnover - Sexist culture - Often have to 'shmooz' to succeed - Didn't make a lot of money - have to make 30k each quarter before getting any commission - Not much support - Highly competitive - Clunky CRM system leading to a lot of awkward moments with candidates - The company have no interest in employees wellbeing just the figure you make

I worked at Randstad full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The moment I left the there!

    Cons

How much time do you have: trained to use unethical tactics towards schools/clients to make as much money as possible - just don't care about their clients and schools. Management are awful and have shocking leadership qualities and struggle to lead by example - really unprofessional. Management are shockingly hypocritical and the least influential people I have ever worked with. Avoid Randstad at all costs. Just do not care about their staff and full of broken promises
