Does Lidl offer massages?

Pros

You will be promoted fast! Then fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. There is also free coffee to give you a nice caffeine kick on top of your daily anxiety attack you get from working at this company.

Cons

Turnover is unbelievable. There is no work life balance. You will work long unappreciated hours. The pay is nothing great for the area. They will fire you with no warning. Do yourself a favor and do not apply to this company.

Advice to Management

Care more about your employees and treat them with more respect. Stop setting unrealistic standards and expectations. Understand that working 50+ hours a week and weekends is not a normal business practice.
