Does AECOM have a pension plan?

Pros

Great opportunities for career progression, and very good if you're a graduate looking to build a career. Good employee pension and benefits. Salary is decent I think - some places will offer better, but there's a lot worse out there.

Cons

Very graduate focused, older people seem conspicuous by their absence, unless they have a very specific set of technical skills that are hard to find. Very corporate, although this could be seen as a positive by some people.

Good employee pension and benefits.
