      Good for Old Engineers

      Pros

Great benefits. Old engineers (with children, married) would benefit the most from this company. Very flexible work schedule. Young-mid level engineers should find small companies to work for.

      Cons

Really toxic work environment. Red tape everywhere. Typical “corporate we love our coworker family” type deal. Higher ups actually know very little about engineering. Surprised to hear licensed PEs unable to perform basic calculations or interpret code.
