      Great place to take and receive as much experience and exposure to start your career

      Cons

      Complacent management, favoritism, overworking employees, management refusing to reward employees for experience, "involuntary" overtime that is paid as straight overtime which ultimately pays less and creates job burnout, complacent in new hiring, open office concept makes it very difficult to focus on your day to day task at hand, management and senior management is very top heavy

      Very chill vibes in my department and the people are very nice (Sustainability and Decarbonisation Advisory - Buildings and Places) No expectation to work overtime even as a graduate (we can work extra hours but we get those back as A/L) Good compensation package - paid medical insurance, 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) + ability to buy 10 more Flexible working hours - no minimum days on the office, can work at any time of the day. Work with many experts in their field and get to work on big government projects London office has many international people

Easier to get promotions in other offices No working from home from abroad Large income inequality between graduates and upper management

      There are a lot of resources that you can learn from and everyone is competent at their job.

      Work life balance isn’t great, I often heard management tell employees “you need to put in your own time.” It’s common for people to work more than 40 hours a week and any overtime isn’t paid.
