It’s been 10 years of #Intuitive360. Ten years of connecting, collaborating, and innovating—fueled by our shared vision of providing better patient outcomes and minimally invasive care.
During the 2025 Women in da Vinci Surgery Symposium, we heard stories of impact, hardship, resiliency, and change from powerhouse women leading the way in healthcare. We sat down with some of these physicians from across specialties to talk about everything from the value of da Vinci surgery and the lifelong journey of learning to the patients who motivate and inspire them. Here's just some of what they had to say.
Last week at the National Sales Network (NSN) Conference in Las Vegas, our Sales team met passionate, ambitious professionals ready to help shape the future of healthcare. Some of our own NSN alumni were there too—returning to the conference that launched their Intuitive careers and paying it forward by sharing what it’s really like to be in Sales at Intuitive: 🔹 Be ready to put in the work. Our training is rigorous because the responsibility is real—but it gives you the expertise and confidence to thrive in the field. 🔹 Sales at Intuitive isn’t a solo effort. You’ll work alongside colleagues who push you to grow, answer your late-night calls, and celebrate the wins with you. 🔹 You’ll face high expectations and complex challenges, but the reward is knowing your work helps surgeons change lives. Congratulations to those who are joining our journey—we can’t wait to see the difference you’ll make. If you missed us at NSN, it’s not too late to explore a career on one of the fastest-growing sales teams in med tech: https://lnkd.in/ewRbwXEA #WeAreIntuitive
Every day, physicians take another step toward shaping the future of lung cancer care. But they can’t do it alone. At Intuitive, we believe in setting up physicians for success and bridging the gap between clinical and career experience. That’s exactly what our Lung Fellows Career Accelerator Program strives for. Our faculty teaches fellows leadership and management skills, so they can succeed beyond the clinical practice. From case reviews and health care economics to personal brand, fellows graduate with invaluable knowledge and a powerful network of peers and mentors. #IonByInuitive
Drs. George Cheng and Roberto Casal are navigating the complexity of nodule biopsy with Intuitive's Ion endoluminal system. Hearing them describe how the seamless combination of Ion and cone-beam CT imaging allows them to confidently target nodules in the far corners of the lungs is truly inspiring. Bringing these technologies together for advanced bronchoscopy is all about one thing: helping doctors like Cheng and Casal give patients the answers they need. That’s Ion by Intuitive. Important safety information - U.S. For risks, cautions, and warnings and full prescribing information, refer to the associated Ion System user manual(s) or visit https://lnkd.in/eYu3uUFM. These experiences show the scale of what’s possible here—and why we bring our best to every challenge. Watch their stories. Get inspired. Healthcare leaders from across Asia came together in New Delhi—and virtually—for Asia Executive Summit 2025, where collaboration and innovation took center stage. At Intuitive, we believe regional collaborations play a vital role in delivering better outcomes for patients. This summit reflected the power of peer-to-peer learning and the strength of a shared vision: building high-performing, sustainable robotic surgery programs across Asia. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to this inspiring exchange of ideas. We’re proud to stand alongside the hospital executives, surgeons, and care teams who are shaping the future of surgery in Asia. Let’s keep the momentum going. That’s Intuitive.
Intuitive Mexicali is celebrating a major milestone: the first da Vinci system was placed in their own community—bringing the work of the entire team full circle. “This achievement is not only a technological advancement; it is a reflection of our collective effort, the innovations we make every day, and the pride of seeing our work help doctors transform lives,” said Carlos Aguirre Terán, Senior Vice President, North America Sustaining Manufacturing. Transforming patient care isn’t something Intuitive does alone. We help empower physicians to advance their careers—like Dr. Shiwani Kamath. In our Lung Fellows Career Accelerator Program, Kamath, a previous third year Pulmonary Critical Care Fellow from Oklahoma University Medical Center, learned invaluable leadership skills she can use to support her patients, practice, and personal growth. For us, investing in the next generation of physicians means investing in the future of lung cancer care. That’s Intuitive.
In July, our PRIDE Employee Resource Group (ERG) led meaningful moments of connection across the company, highlighting the power of community and allyship. Here are just a few highlights: - Keynote speaker Rebecca Minor emphasized that allyship doesn’t have to be perfect—just present: “It’s not about being performative or perfect—it’s about being prepared and present.” -The PRIDE ERG’s Wellness Challenge, with support from the Intuitive Foundation, raised over $21,000 for the ACLU and the Transgender Law Center. -Heather Weiss shared her personal journey—one of innovation, leadership, and showing up with authenticity every step of the way. - From Sunnyvale to Mexicali, Durham to Peachtree Corners, local celebrations brought teams together in visible, heartfelt support of the LGBTQ+ community. As PRIDE co-chair Kristofer O’Brien put it: “It’s an opportunity to stand together in support of our LGBTQ+ colleagues and create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.” Thank you to PRIDE and to everyone who helped make July a month of reflection and belonging.
