We're delighted to share that thanks to the commitment of our customers across the UK, the Boots and No7 recycling scheme introduced in September has now recycled over one tonne of plastic in just under two months! The initiative has seen over 30,000 customers signing up to take part, and they have recycled over 100,000 empty products. With customer demand higher than ever before, this Black Friday our Boots.com team have been breaking some records: 🚛 Over 113,000 orders shipped out to customers’ homes in one day. 🤖 200 Cobots supported our colleagues with picking, packing and dispatching orders. 📈 60% increase in website traffic vs 2019
We have created over 31,000 quiet shopping slots for those who want to pick up the items and advice they need whilst the store is quieter, or for those who cannot make it to store during the day, such as key workers.
