Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin group, recently implemented a new software system, Clear Assured, to help measure our progress towards achieving our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) objectives, in the UK & Europe regions. Clear Assured is a software platform that will learn our ED&I culture and objectives to help us achieve our goals as well as provide stakeholders with activities, information and templates to support them in their ED&I journey. It’s also a national accredited standard, owned and developed by the Clear Company in the UK. This means that in addition to measuring our progress, Clear Assured will independently assess it on a quarterly basis. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, we’ll be awarded one of four different types of accreditations: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
