Cons
if you did not complete your work on time then they deducted your salary. Hr is not mature to handle employee. Lots of pressure,You can't work on that environment At the end of the task they changes their requirement and said complete with in time

We can learn here if they give java development task otherwise we have to work on like data entry, posting or or any thing non technical task.
Cons
They pay very less salary even employer can not full-fill there monthly expenditure and even they deduct employer salary due to his/her delay in task. Hr and Boss, They just bother to employees and give the warning of the termination No annual trip or any function/festival celebration only work work...... and work with a lots of pressure No job security
