Pros
My current role in itContracting was my first full-time job I was employed in to following my graduation from college. Two years on, I could not have asked for a better start to my professional career. My colleagues in itContracting and Evros as a whole have made the transition from student to full-time employee as seamless and as easy as possible. The work environment is very welcoming and the work itself is challenging and rewarding. Both as a person and as a professional, I have felt my confidence and skills develop and grow from day one, and I am excited to continue my development along with this excellent company.
Cons
As with any company there are always areas for improvement, and I feel I will be able to contribute more to these improvements as I gain more knowledge and experience and develop my own skills and abilities.
