Pros

Unlimited PTO, great collogues, fairly good pay

Cons

The resource allocation tool is a poorly managed Excel file. A multi-million-dollar company is using Excel to manage consultant allocations. The project management tools are terrible, at-risk projects everywhere. The way the SLT spoke over other managers in meetings was rude and disrespectful. Other managers tried to make themselves look useful to avoid being fired. They ended up laying off many people in November and many more in December. Others quit. The stress and pressure coming from the new CEO, Doug, and the new SLT members he brought in is overwhelming. They essentially fired people and replaced them with their friends.
