Interesting place to work with a lot of creative energy. The people are friendly overall and there’s always something different going on, which keeps the job from feeling repetitive. Good experience for anyone who likes a hands-on environment and wants to learn.

Calm work atmosphere, beautiful place to work. Good work/life balance - no one is working beyond their hours like you might find in many jobs these days. Good pay and good holiday. Perfect for students.

Cons

The company atmosphere seems to have suffered as it's grown in size, and as such a lovely place to work there is huge potential if more is done for the work culture, which is both rigid and toxic. Most people who leave seem to do so more because they don't enjoy the work culture rather than hate the job. Half of the employees would eat lunch in their cars rather than mingle in the kitchen, for example. There is a lot of fear of upper management which might add to this alienation between the team.
