Supported clients can be very difficult to deal with depending which offices you’re assigned to, but management will have your back if there are issues. Oncall is mandatory, but as the company continues to grow this responsibility should be lessened. Employees are spread thin across the country so it can be difficult sometimes if overwhelmed, but for big projects they will have employees fly out to help if needed. Timekeeping started to want to track every minute of the week which in my experience hasn’t worked well elsewhere. Not sure if this is still in place.
