      German company playing pretend in America

      Pros

      This is the place for you if you enjoy: -No official on boarding and no documentation to share with prospects -knowing who is getting laid off two weeks before they do -speaking negatively about most employees because why not? -hearing about most US employees salaries (see above bullet) -laying off employees to their face and then they figure out they were fired when attempting to collect unemployment. -constant policy changes: maternity leave police went from 16 paid weeks to 6. Per diem changes with each new GM that comes in. WFH policy is also always in flux.

      Not doing pretty good lately

      Not many in the last months

      Cons

      No good communication between the management and employees. It used to be good in performance and in terms of planning and communication when they had a previous management, now the entire management was replaced and everything went from good to really bad in a matter of months.

      No idea what they’re doing

      Cons

      Outdated business and company culture practices with lack of sensitivity and inclusiveness to diversity. Male dominated, sexist culture Senior leadership had morally questionable decision making and behaviors that created culture of nepotism and encouraged bad behavior
