Actually there is no good thing there except free coffee.
Cons
1. From A-Z whole thing is lie. Services, products ,promises they are openly cheat their customers. 2. They train sales people to intensionally sell fake services just for money. 3. Customers are always angry and shouting on execution team. 4. They just took the money from customers and disappear. 5. Always put execution team to settle the customer down after all fake promises the team try to settle the customer anger. Management 1. Extremely biased and racist they need only Swedish people on higher ranks doesn't matter how capable other team members. 2. Intentionally hire hot looking girls in sales to fool the clients and sell fake services. 3. Make fake promises to team & Customer 4. Reduce your salary any time 5. Can fire you anytime 6. Change your work contract any time 7. Not giving visa for 5-6 initial months is something normal even its completely illegal in UAE 8. Management is direction less and they don't have any idea what is the future of the company. 9. Pay higher salary to Europeans doesn't matter they are dumb or smarter. All they care how beautifully you can sell their fake services. 10. Guess what they have 2000 customers atleast 1900 shout on them rest 100 don't care about their few thousand Dhirams. !!!!! Beware of this company!!!!!!!
