Pros

1. Great Team 2. Great atmosphere 3. Solid sales - by this I mean they will sell you anything but the reality is totally different 4. Great team leads - you can always count on them to help you at least with a piece of advice or guidance 5. You can gain a bit of experience working with teams and using Agile Methodologies

Cons

1. There is no kind of organisation 2. Management does not care about employees and products at all 3. Low wages - one of the lowest I have encountered anywhere 4. Always requiring people to work overtime but you won't be paid for it or get any kind of reward or anything 5. Bad project organisation 6. You don't have a chance to self-develop and they won't give you anything worthy of trying to stay longer time 7. You can't have a different opinion from the management otherwise you can't ask for a bigger salary or you get fired automatically 8. They will often try to make a lot of pressure on employees to work on some brainless tasks or to learn new techniques and work on projects for clients which means clients won't get a good product for their money 9, Missing a lot of people (junior/mid/senior-level devs) instead they hire a lot of practitioners because they get lower salaries etc...

Pros

- great collegaues and great atmosphere in BL office - relative good starting wage - being nice prey in the eyes of HRs from other IT companies

Cons

- owners never have nice word when client is more than satisfied with done work but will yell at employees for any little mistake even if clients expected those mistakes and gave time window for fixing them - owners will force employees to do research tasks even if they have too much tasks for clients which makes money and then yell at employees during meaningless weekly meetings because they couldn't make it, guess why, due to tasks for clients which bring money. - paying for one project manager to do nothing while blaming and forcing other project manager who actually cares about projects, clients and developers to take sick leave due to stress and burnout. Should I say owners also yelled and blamed her when she returned from sick leave but they forgot she have German nationality, not Bosnian - making use of inters who are paid minimum while milking clients who overpay for lower service (due to interns) and blaming them for every mistake even if owners are to blame. - no seniors in company because owners have to pay them more even though they would make more money with seniors rather than juniors and interns - disbalance in computer equipment between BL and Munich office. Not sure why owners think they are gifting it to employees rather than it being company property. Sparing 30€ for not buying Dell Pxxx monitor will cost much more due to lower developer productivity (and Munich employees get two of Dell Pxxx or Uxxx). And cheaper laptop brand with poor cooling also imapcts developer productivity. Altough I can agree they are more expensive in Bosnia than in Germany but price difference would be paid out in single week - low salary growth when compared to other IT companies who don't have big clients as asioso but pays more and offer better equipment - advice for owners: rename company name to have capital letter and bear in mind that having company means not only stable income but it also means having stable employee base. But, if you wish that HRs from other companies receive hefty bonus for stealing employees of yours, your wish. And, stop being cheapest IT service in Munich because you can't compete with India. Praising employees for job well done don't cost anything, remember that - advice for ptential employees: if you are junior with no experience asioso is nice start but if you are medior/senior with starting family in mind try your luck elsewhere P.S. If not for great colleagues I wouldn't rate you with three stars.
