1st of all whatever the positive review is written here that is posted by company. 1. No respect for employees 2. Partiality from employee to employee 3. No Work life balance. There is no life only work. Good place to work if you are having a personal crisis and want to stay in office all day. 4. You will have to beg for leaves and you will get only half of actual needed leaves, that too after so much headache of handover and back up creation. 5. Stringent deadlines always. More work pressure. Management always think of their work are done. They will not bother of employees work life balance and always “deadline deadline”. 6. Too much politics. You will realize this after 2 to 3 years. In addition, it would be too late then. 7. Office timing: there is no specific timing; they will force you to sit more than 10 hrs in office even if you do not have any work. 8. There is no value for the company policies they maintain. For everything, they have manager's discretion. Additionally, manager's will always make biased decision for the employees. I think even HR people work for Managers and not for the company. They never try to understand the Employees need and they only act based on Manager's inputs.

There is no work life balance , the management expext you to work more than 12 hours. The management behaviour is very rude towards employees. Most of employees are relatives , it's like famliy owned business where they treat other outsider employees as slaves. This company has only 3 projects and they expect employees to work on all projects. They set their deadline according to thier wish which we as a human cannot fulfil. No proper leave management , they expect you to work even on holidays. They wont appreciate employees hard work. If you work here you have to forget your family.
