Cons
The work environment is disgusting. Male managers regularly touch female employees, tell them to smile, and make comments about women's appearances and clothing. I heard one male manager jokingly ask one of my female coworkers if "the carpet matched the drapes." He also regularly walked up to female employees and massaged their shoulders. We were all underpaid. Employees were offered "promotions" that had no increase in pay or benefits, only work. I left and took a great job that offered $20K more and offered much better benefits.
