The projects are amazing and gives a great experience of the areas learnt Flexible timings and good work culture. Very lenient with leaves and holidays Seniors are very helpful Get to interact with people from many countries like Canada, USA, UK, Africa, Serbia

Pros

Good employer employee interaction. Have learnt quite a bit about data science, machine learning, deep learning, Matplotlib and can't wait to learn more.

Cons

It's a fairly small company. So far, I'm not even sure if this whole thing is a scam or not because it's not registered in India. So beware of that and make of it what you will.
