      Flexible working arrangements Location Good pay with some potential to earn bonuses

      Cons

      Too many bosses working at cross purposes. Never clear who is in charge. Daily changes in direction. Culture is very emotive and there are expectations that employees live a gluten, sugar, dairy and alcohol free lifestyle, as well as, undertaking the zing exercises twice a day. Not just a job or career but a lifestyle.

      Expected me to run the company and change it’s direction Being run by 3 people all in different countries Expected to do the job of 5 people Bad attitudes against women Other team members often stayed 2/3 hours later without being paid
