Dishonest sharing of the customer base, outdated customer data, low managerial culture, drugs accepted while working

Very loud, HR tricking employers, low managment ethic towards workers. Low business strategy towards clients (no value, focused only on make the potential client do a deposit) Constant every day meetings (sometimes 2 a day) on which they are just trying to motivate and do all this so called coaching stuff. You are being monitored every second and they are counting seconds between each calls (over 20 seconds brak and the manager start to complain)
