      Pros

      - Good team. However, a few dirty fruits spoil the whole team.

      Cons

      -Partial management. -Didn't give my experience certificate in the name of company policy (which was nowhere written in any documents provided to me) - No training and learning opportunities. -No WFH, even when the work doesn't require you to come to the office. -Medical leave is counted as paid leave.
