      Supportive leave policies but unrealistic targets

      The only pros are they provide you with the equipment, and they readily approve your leave

      Cons

      They change their targets too quickly, and it’s getting more and more unreasonable. They could let you go on the grounds that you’re not performing. No opportunity to grow
