Pros
Xedea is a great place to work with an awesome culture and super friendly people. The environment is friendly and welcoming, with no strict boundaries, everyone is treated with respect and kindness. Xedea also offers a hybrid working style, and there's no pressure for overtime, so it's easy to keep a good work-life balance.
Cons
The only downside? The traffic around the office can be a real pain sometimes haha
