Pros

A startup environment yet mgt understands what it takes to grow the revenue with a systematic way of building a sales pipeline. Heavily focused on the financial industry.

Cons

You might want to be aware that this is a constantly changing environment that some policies would be adjusted.

Pros

1. Most colleagues are easy to communicate and get along with 2. Most employees are highly professional and can do their job well 3. Good working atmosphere 4. Have someone to discuss at work

Cons

1. The boss is not clear about the product and the operation method and often decides without a full understanding 2. The policy changes frequently, the business direction is also the same, and the company's positioning is not clear 3. The company advertises transparency in its policies, but as employees cannot feel it, it leads to a lot of uncertainty 4. The promised bonus has not been honored, the year-end is one month, and there is no explanation when it is received within a month 5. In a short period of time, a large number of employees layoff or dismissed without warning, but said that there is no problem with the operation, and there are fewer and fewer people who can trust to do their work 6. The boss' preference leads to multiple standard management, which creates a gap between colleagues 7. Not putting employees in the right place
