Pros
Write Back to Life is ran by a husband and wife who really take service to their customers seriously. There's a negative image of different resume services out there because they act like content mills. The company owners do not allow that kind of service and only expect the best. Nothing is rushed.
Cons
The company is still starting out -- not a lot of work to go around.
